Isteqlal Cultural & Social Organization (ICSO) is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development, social inclusion, and human dignity across Afghanistan. Since its establishment, ICSO has been working to empower communities by addressing key challenges in education, social development, humanitarian response, and cultural awareness.
