National Organization of Initiative & Action (NOIA) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization working to support communities through practical and meaningful programs across Afghanistan. NOIA focuses on improving people’s lives through health, education, agriculture, social protection, governance, emergency response, and community development. Since its establishment, NOIA has worked closely with communities, local institutions, partners, and volunteers to respond to real needs on the ground. Our work is guided by a simple belief: lasting change begins when people are supported, included, and given the opportunity to build a better future for themselves and their families.
